Have you noticed the changes?

There has been much activity behind the scenes. You may have noticed some “Vault” pages added to the menus. These pages house all of the content by type so you can quickly find specific pieces of content in the membership.

The Monthly Momentum Kit is the new name for Lessons. It helps everyone distinguish the old content (available to All Access Pass members) from the latest content. Each page has all the available content, with links to pages only available at the appropriate member level. The Monthly Momentum Kit Vault houses all available kits for your convenience.

The Challenge Vault has all the available challenges. Use this page to focus on a particular topic and hold yourself accountable for completing a particular task. Reminder: Lite members get access to the videos, Standard members get the workbooks, and All Access members get everything, including the templates.

The Guides Vault holds all of the available Guides for Standard and All Access Members.

The Masterclass Vault will house all available Masterclasses. The videos are available to Standard members. All Access members receive all content, including workbooks and supporting material.

Be on the lookout…

I’m working on two new projects.

The first is a bonus available to All Access Annual members. It’s a Policies and Procedures Manual. The manual will have starter policies and procedures to fill in the blanks or tweak and go. It will save a lot of time so you can focus on providing services. I’m also adding Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate to the Monthly Momentum Kits at the Lite level so you can expand your manuals as needed.

I’m very excited about this next project. It will start with the release of the AI QuickStart Kit, which will be available to Standard and above membership levels. This kit will give you AI prompts for repetitive tasks, communications, SOPs that include AI integration, and more. These prompts can be modified for your organization and used in free programs like ChatGPT and Claude. This will help you turbo-charge your tasks. The starter kit will have prompts to write appeal letters, an appeal letter SOP (with AI integration), donor thank you email templates, and a 30-Day Challenge that helps you explore AI with short daily tasks. There are even explainer videos to help you walk through some functions. Each month will have a release of new AI prompts that go with the month’s theme. This will be a game-changer for the founder having to do it all!
