    • Download the Strategic Plan Template and fill out what you can immediately.
  • Action Item #2
    • Download and fill out the Gap Spreadsheet. This is the bulk of your plan.
  • Action Item #3
    • Write the plan.

Milestone #2: Create a Tactical Plan and Budget

  • Action Item #1
    • Download the Tactical Plan template.
  • Action Item #2
    • Use your Strategic Plan to fill out your Tactical Plan and budget.

    • Write the Plan

Milestone #3: Create a Signature Program

    • Download the Signature Program Worksheet and fill it out.
