Milestone #1: Create a Strategic Plan

  • Action Item #1
    • Download the Strategic Plan Template and fill out what you can immediately.
  • Action Item #2
    • Download and fill out the Gap Spreadsheet. This is the bulk of your plan.
  • Action Item #3
    • Write the plan.

Milestone #2: Create a Tactical Plan and Budget

  • Action Item #1
    • Download the Tactical Plan template.
  • Action Item #2
    • Use your Strategic Plan to fill out your Tactical Plan and budget.
  • Action Item #3
    • Write the Plan

Milestone #3: Create a Signature Program

  • Action Item #1
    • Download the Signature Program Worksheet and fill it out.
  • Action Item #2
    • Download the Signature Program template.
  • Action Item #3
    • Write out your program in the Signature Program template.

Milestone #3: Expand Your Board

  • Action Item #1
    • Create a Vetting Process and a Governing/Nominations Committee.
  • Action Item #2
    • Create a Running List of Prospects.
  • Action Item #3
    • Have the Governing/Nominations Committee begin following the process.
